Booking for a company is different: there is paperwork to satisfy, a budget owner to convince, and a headcount that will change at least once. The answers here cover what procurement and finance usually ask first.

How far in advance should we book a corporate event?
Two to four weeks works for most groups. For 50+ guests or events needing custom builds — branded camps, staging, multi-venue logistics — allow four to eight weeks. Tighter timeline? Send the brief anyway; we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Do you issue VAT invoices and accept purchase orders?
Yes. Every corporate booking gets a TRN-bearing VAT invoice, and we reference your PO number on all paperwork. Payment by bank transfer or corporate card.
What are the payment terms?
A deposit confirms the date; the balance is due before event day. Approved agencies, DMCs and repeat corporate accounts can apply for net payment terms.
