1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our booking services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Reservations
- Provide accurate and complete booking information
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- Pay all fees associated with your reservation
- Arrive at the designated meeting point on time
- Follow all safety instructions from guides
3. Pricing and Payment
All Desert Thrill tour prices include VAT. Optional purchases from independent desert shops are separate transactions. Those shops may charge a 5% card usage fee; cash purchases have no card usage fee. These are not Desert Thrill tour fees.
4. Cancellation Policy
For all Desert Thrill tours, cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour start time for a full refund. Guest cancellations less than 24 hours before the start are not refunded. If the tour is cancelled because of weather or circumstances outside everyone's control, you receive a full refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we prioritize safety and quality, participation in tours may involve inherent risk. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates are published constitutes acceptance.
