Cancellations, weather and refunds
Our cancellation policy applies to all Desert Thrill tours. The cancellation cutoff is measured from your scheduled tour start time.
At least 24 hours before the tour: full refund
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour start time, you receive a full refund.
Use the tour start time on your booking when checking the deadline. Contact us with your booking details if you need help confirming that time or requesting a cancellation.
Less than 24 hours before the tour: no refund
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time, no refund is provided.
If the tour is cancelled for weather or circumstances beyond our control
If your tour is cancelled because of weather or another circumstance outside everyone's control, you receive a full refund. This applies even when the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the tour start.

Desert Safari Safety & Driving Requirements
A guided safari in a 4×4 and driving a partner-owned buggy or quad have different responsibilities. Know which experience you are booking.
Tour Prices, VAT & Optional Purchases
All Desert Thrill tour prices include VAT. Check the inclusions for your selected package and keep optional purchases from independent shops separate from your tour booking.
