A guided safari in a 4×4 and driving a partner-owned buggy or quad have different responsibilities. Know which experience you are booking.
Licensed safari operations
Desert Thrill is fully licensed and insured. Our desert safari guides are licensed, and all drivers hold the relevant permits for the Dubai and Sharjah desert areas in which we operate.
Our company insurance should not be taken as a promise of cover for damage you cause while driving a partner-owned quad bike or dune buggy.
A driving licence and signed waiver are required
To drive a partner-owned quad bike or dune buggy, you must show a valid driving licence and sign a waiver. No deposit is required.
Please confirm that your licence is accepted for your selected activity before booking. Read the waiver and ask the operator about any terms you do not understand before signing or driving.
Guest-caused vehicle damage
If you cause damage while driving a quad bike or dune buggy, you must pay for that damage. Signing a waiver does not remove this responsibility, and no deposit does not mean damage is covered.
Follow the operator's driving and safety instructions. Ask about the damage assessment process and applicable charges before starting your ride.

Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our cancellation policy applies to all Desert Thrill tours. The cancellation cutoff is measured from your scheduled tour start time.
Tour Prices, VAT & Optional Purchases
All Desert Thrill tour prices include VAT. Check the inclusions for your selected package and keep optional purchases from independent shops separate from your tour booking.
