All Desert Thrill tour prices include VAT. Check the inclusions for your selected package and keep optional purchases from independent shops separate from your tour booking.

All our tour prices include VAT. Your selected tour and package list what is included; optional activities or purchases are not included unless the package says they are.
Independent desert shops may charge a card fee
Independent shops in the desert may charge a 5% card usage fee on purchases, such as quad bike rides. Cash purchases at these shops have no card usage fee.
This is the independent shop's charge, not a Desert Thrill tour fee. Confirm the total and payment method with the shop before buying.
These are separate purchases from independent merchants, not charges collected by Desert Thrill for your tour. Questions about those purchases and fees should be raised with the shop.
Self-drive damage is a separate responsibility
Partner-owned quad bikes and dune buggies require a valid driving licence and signed waiver, with no deposit. Guests must pay for damage they cause while driving; this is not included in the tour price.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour start time for a full refund. Guest cancellations less than 24 hours before the start are not refunded.
If the tour is cancelled because of weather or circumstances outside everyone's control, you receive a full refund. See our cancellation and refund policy for details.
