Make the arrangements clear

We have arranged private desert dinners, camp activities, custom food and events within camps. Tell us whether you prefer a basic or premium setup and which parts of the day matter most.

Transport reserved for your group, a reserved seating area and exclusive camp use are different arrangements. Your proposal should name the venue, the spaces reserved, any shared facilities and the agreed time window.

What to send us

  • Preferred and alternate dates, with an approximate headcount.
  • Your budget, basic or premium preference, and desired venue privacy.
  • Food preferences, dietary requests and the activities or extras you want.
  • Pickup areas and your required return time if transport is needed.

Before confirming

Group bookings require a deposit credited towards the total. Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled group booking for a full refund, including the deposit. Your proposal confirms the deposit amount, payment dates, final headcount deadline and agreed inclusions.
